New counter-service concept Thank You Pizza is officially open in Vancouver. The fresh Chinatown destination will be open Thursday to Sunday from 5 to 10 pm at 789 Gore Avenue, which operates as Hunnybee Bruncheonette by day.

South Korean-founded NeNe Chicken is gearing up to open its first-ever North American location in Vancouver, the brand tells Dished Vancouver. The new outpost will open at 1070 Kingsway Street sometime in March, which means fans of Korean fried chicken should keep an eye out for an opening date to be announced.

The 131-year-old bakery cafe, originating from Northern France, will be opening up its first Canadian location in downtown Vancouver soon, according to the brand’s new Canadian social media accounts.

Maxine’s Cafe & Bar is the newest all-day dining destination slated to open in downtown Vancouver. Signage for the new concept has gone up at 1325 Burrard Street, the former location of the bike-centric cafe Mussette, which closed about a year ago.

Kitsilano, you’re in for a treat. New all-day dining concept “Juanita” is gearing up to open, and pretty soon at that. Located at 1516 Yew Street, the eatery has taken over the space formerly occupied by shuttered jazz destination the Blue Martini Cafe, directly across the street from Nook and Local.

The popular destination is known for offering up delicious baked goods and savoury eats 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Breka’s logo is plastered on the windows and door at 4554 Main Street, which is located just a few blocks from Sula’s newly opened restaurant.

With no visible online presence just yet, there are not too many details on Grab N Go at this point, but the eatery is advertising dine-in, takeout, and delivery options for its grub once it opens.

Quite possibly the most highly anticipated “opening soon” eatery on this list of new Vancouver restaurants, we’ll be sure to keep you posted on this one.
