We’ve gone and collected a list of all the new Vancouver restaurants you should look into trying this month.

There is always a lot of chowing down for us to do in our city, and these new eateries make our to-eat lists longer than ever.

Crack On food truck has officially launched in Vancouver, and that means breakfast sandwich lovers have a new spot they need to hit up. The new destination-on-wheels focuses on brekkie sandos and the ingredient that makes them so delicious: eggs!

This bakery and cafe is open at 2335 Clarke Street, just a short walk away from Rocky Point Park and local train stations. Cascadia offers patrons made-from-scratch organic bread, toast, pastries, and pies made from local and seasonal ingredients.

This neighbourhood pasta joint has been serving patrons delicious Italian fare out of its original Yaletown location since 2011. Robba da Matti opened its second West End location in Summer 2019. Now, its Gastown location has officially opened.

The list of new concepts in Vancouver offering patrons eats and treats with French flare continues to grow, especially with the addition of the newly opened neighbourhood gem Marché Mon Pitou. The new outpost will open at 1070 Kingsway Street sometime in March, which means fans of Korean fried chicken should keep an eye out for an opening date to be announced.
