The list of new concepts in Vancouver offering patrons eats and treats with French flare continues to grow, especially with the addition of the newly opened neighbourhood gem Marché Mon Pitou. The brand new cafe, bistro, and grocer opened its doors last weekend at 1387 W 7th Avenue, the former location of Slickity Jim’s Chat ‘n’ Chew.

Donky Chicken is open, and that means it’s Vancouver’s newest spot to get authentic Korean fried chicken. The new crispy-fried eatery is open at 363 E Broadway in Mount Pleasant. This is the KFC brand’s first Canadian location “overseas,” according to its Instagram account.
