Crack On food truck has officially launched in Vancouver

Crack On food truck has officially launched in Vancouver, and that means breakfast sandwich lovers have a new spot they need to hit up.

The new destination-on-wheels focuses on brekkie sandos and the ingredient that makes them so delicious: eggs!

All of Crack On’s handhelds are made with freshly baked sourdough, organic free-range eggs and, premium, locally sourced ingredients.

Folks who head here will find four sandwiches up for order, including the Crack Sandwich made from maple sausage, fried egg, Havarti, tomato relish, cheddar, candied jalapeno, and housemade aioli.

There is also a plant-based option on the menu called the Eggspoā€™ 86, which is a combo of plant-based sausage, fried egg, caramelized onions, Havarti, and housemade aioli.

Crack On also offersĀ Agro Roasters Coffee, a locally owned and operated Vancouver roaster.

This weekend you can find this fresh concept open on Saturday from noon to 4 pm at Faculty Brewing (1830 Ontario Street, Vancouver).
