Head to this much-loved cafe at the Fairmont Pacific Rim and find two wonderful concoctions on the menu during Hot Chocolate Vancouver 2021. The ‘Orange You Glad I Tira-Miss-U?’ is a tribute to Tiramisu made with espresso ganache with steamed milk, Valencia orange syrup, and cocoa powder. It’s served with a ladyfinger biscuit topped with whipped mascarpone and garnished with candied orange.
The second option is the ‘Pistachio Mustaschio’ which is named after the moustache-like hot chocolate foam you enjoy while drinking a frothy beverage. This one is made with orange and pistachio condensed milk with steamed hot chocolate, dusted with pistachio powder, and served with a chocolate pistachio cantucci.
