In case you missed the news, the all-you-can-enjoy meat and beer festival Brewery and the Beast is returning to Vancouver on Sunday, July 27. During the announcement, we were told over 60 of the best culinary talent would be in attendance, serving everything and anything delicious. Now, we have just received word on who exactly will be coming.

New vendors this year include some of the most buzz-worthy restaurants in and around Vancouver, including ELEM, Good Thief, Bar Bravo, Gordon Ramsay Steak, and Miso Taco.

Other returning favourites include South Fire, which will be cooking up three whole hogs roasted in traditional Argentinian style.

Two Rivers Meats will be returning this year, bringing their legendary dry-aged tomahawk ribeyes, plus an array of treats for main-event guests and VIP ticket holders.

“Brewery and the Beast, in my opinion, is the best food event around, PERIOD!” says Jason Pleym of Two Rivers Meats. “The hospitality experience and every thoughtful detail is what makes it an amazing event for guests and restaurants.
