22 stellar spots participating in Dine Out Vancouver

In case you missed it, Dine Out Vancouver has officially revealed its list of over 4oo restaurants participating in this year’s festivities.

For those who don’t know, Dine Out Vancouver is a chance for Vancouverites to enjoy fixed-price menus at some of Vancouver’s hottest restaurants. From brand-new restaurants that entered the scene to Michelin-starred spots you’ve been dying to try or classic Vancouver dining destinations, there are many different restaurants to choose from.

You can view a full list of participating restaurants online, but here are some of our picks for restaurants serving stellar dinners for Dine Out Vancouver 2025. Don’t forget to check out some of these restaurant’s brunch and lunch offerings, too.

Elem ($65)

Elem, brought to us by Chef Vish Mayekar, is one of Vancouver’s hottest new restaurants that opened last year and focuses on the four elements: earth, water, air, and fire. Its Dine Out menu is the perfect chance to taste what this dining hot spot has to offer. Expect bites like Yellowfin Tuna Bhel (cilantro-mint chutney, puffed rice, and semolina crackers), Loong Kong Chicken Breast (parsnip purée, maple espresso glaze, and BC farm vegetables), and White Chocolate Cremeux (marinated wild berries and vanilla phyllo).

Lavantine Restaurant ($59)

Come for the views, and stay for the food. This elevated oasis is perched atop the city’s newest five-star boutique hotel, the AZUR Legacy Hotel. Enjoy views of Vancouver’s skyline while you dine on its three-course menu with entrees like lemon and garlic chicken, lamb aleppo kebab, and roasted cauliflower

Lila ($50)

Lila is a new restaurant from award-winning chef Meeru Dhalwala (Vij’s + Rangoli) and Restaurateur Shira Blustein (The Acorn), and is described as a “modern Indian concept.” This three-course menu features plenty of options to enjoy like BC Portobello Mushroom and Paneer in Creamy Onion Curry, Pacific Prawns and Potato Cauliflower Pakoras in Green Onion, Tomato and Ginger Curry, and Gulab Jamun in a Light Cream Cardamom “Ras.”

Mèreon ($65)

Opened in February 2024, Mèreon offers a dining experience that merges the traditional flavours of France with the fresh, contemporary flair of the West Coast. If you haven’t had the chance to check out this new eatery, take this as your opportunity. It’ll be serving bites like steak au poivre (with prosciutto wrapped asparagus and roasted garlic potatoes purée with peppercorn sauce) and wild mushroom risotto (wild mushrooms and snap peas green risotto, shaved parmesan, and fresh herbs)

El Gato Gab Gab ($65)

The Boxset Collective team who brought us Published on Main and Bar Susu recently opened the modern Mexican cocktail bar and botanero El Gato Gab Gab. For Dine Out Vancouver, it’s offering a four-course menu featuring some standout menu options (and plenty of tacos). Do yourself a favour and order one of its many cocktails with your meal.

Per Se Social Corner ($65)

When people talk about burgers in Vancouver, the one for Per Se Social Corner is bound to come up. Lucky for you, this meaty handheld is being served up for Dine Out Vancouver. You’ll have your choice of appetizer (crema di pomodoro, goat cheese salad, or beef carpaccio), dessert (panettone tiramisu or sorbetto), and either gnocchi (fresh gnocchi, San Marzano marinara, Parmigiano Reggiano, fresh basil, and Sicilian extra virgin olive oil), linguine ai frutti di mare ( fresh mussels, clams, baby squid, tiger prawns, scallops, roasted garlic, cherry tomatoes, and freshly made pasta by Acquafarina), or The Burger (8 oz house hand-ground organic Alberta beef, brioche bun, melted fontina cheese, truffle aioli & Syrah caramelized onions, cooked to medium well).

Hawksworth Restaurant ($65)

Named “best hotel restaurant in North America” on multiple occasions, take this as your chance to dine at Hawksworth and see what all the buzz is about. This three-course menu will give you a choice of main between its braised beef with carrot, watercress, and maitake or its pacific cod quenelle with spinach, shimeji, and velouté.

Pepino’s Spaghetti House ($49)

One of Vancouver’s top spots for a family dinner out, Pepino’s is serving up a plethora of pasta options for you to enjoy. Enjoy your choice of main between its Rigatoni alla Vodka, (vodka rosa sauce, chili flakes, and parmesan), Spaghetti & A Giant Meatball (Sunday sugo and parmesan), Chicken Piccata (brown butter sauce, capers, and Brussels sprouts) or Eggplant alla Parmigiana (marinara, four cheese blend, and Brussels sprouts) alongside a choice of appetizer and Pepino’s tiramisu for dessert.

The Greek Gastown ($48)

Those craving  Greek food will easily find something to enjoy on The Greek’s Dine Out Vancouver menu. Whether your preference is chicken souvlaki (or its vegan versions of the dish, Beyond chicken souvlaki) or lamb youvetsi, you’re in for a treat. Pair that with your choice of app and a dessert of Ekmek (vanilla custard, shredded kataifi crust, whipped cream, and pistachio crumble), and you’re set for a great dinner.

Gary’s ($65)

This recent Bib Gourmand winner has prepared a special five-course Dine Out Vancouver menu to dig into. Menu highlights include Poached Lingcod (with flageolet beans, mussels, and vadouvan), Braised Lamb Shoulder (with mashed potatoes, carrots, pearl onions, and bacon), and Chocolate Mousse (with bergamot cream and toasted almonds ).

The Acorn ($65)

Named one of the best vegan restaurants in the world, it’s safe to say The Acorn has made a name for itself in the vegetarian and vegan foodie community. It’s serving a multi-course, family-style menu of plant-forward options with no-nonsense names like Squash (with coriander root Nahm Jim, hazelnut, mint, and shallot), Tomato (with leek ash cavatelli, fermented tomato sauce, oyster mushrooms, and kelp crumb), and Wildberry (with nootka rose meringue, Lance’s wild berries, and citrus leaf custard.

Chickpea ($52)

With a menu titled “The Chickpea Experience,” you know you’re going to get a menu featuring all the best bites and flavours from Chickpea. Its dinner menu offers you a choice of drink, which includes select signature cocktails alongside beer, wine, and other non-alcoholic options, as well as a choice of main and dessert. The list of mains available is long, so be sure to head over with a group to try as many options as possible. We’re particularly fond of Calamachick (oyster mushrooms deep-fried in cayenne tempura batter with a tzatziki & parsley garnish), if you need inspiration.

Mila ($50)

During her most recent trip to Vancouver, Billie Eilish shouted out Mila as one of the top plant-based eateries in the city, and for good reason. It’s offering a three-course extravaganza featuring tasty vegan bites like okonomiyaki roll (tempura yam, cabbage, mushroom bacon, sesame dressing, okonomiyaki sauce, and corn crunch), red curry dumplings (dumplings in a red curry coconut sauce with cilantro and focaccia), and peanut butter cup pie (puffed crisps, chocolate ganache, Maldon salt, and gold flakes).

MeeT in Yaletown ($35)

When a restaurant offers something called Nashville Hunny Glazed Mac n’ Cheez Donuts, we tend to take notice. Not only are those available on Meet in Yaletown’s three-course Dine Out Menu, but you can also grab other tasty options like its ginger beefless bowl and cream cheez glazed carrot cake, among many other choices.

Chi

Chi is a 100% plant-based award-winning restaurant and is offering some standout vegan eats for you to enjoy. We’re talking about menu items like Pate Chaud (five spice soy meat, wood ear mushroom, puff pastry, and jus) and lemongrass chick’n (seitan braised in phish sauce, cabbage, and chili).

Burdock and Co.

While it may be on the pricier side of things, Michelin-starred Burdock and Co., has prepared a menu of can’t-miss eats. It’ll be serving your choice of caramelized sunchoke-porcini and cured ham sauce or spotted shrimp risotto to start alongside braised beef with celeriac terrine and Saskatoon berry jus, and candied parsnip cream puffs for dessert.

Published on Main

Another spot boasting a Michelin star, Published on Main, is serving an impressive $100 meal featuring wild mushroom consomme, roasted pickerel, and chargrilled bison alongside many other featured items.

Cheap eats

Mount Pleasant Vintage and Provisions ($20)

All-you-can-eat hot dogs with bottomless tater tots for just $20? Sign us up. And don’t worry, this deal includes all the sauce you want. To really get in the hot dog spirit, you can head down on January 22 for its hot dog eating contest.

2nd Floor Gastown ($20)

For $20 you can enjoy three items on this Dine Out Menu, or four items for just $25. Items include mini duck spring rolls, Grandma’s bannock, Italian potato salad, and fried chicken, just to name a few. Those looking to really splurge can enjoy endless tapas all night long for $49.

Clough Club ($20)

For a crisp 20-dollar bill, Clough Club is offering a three-course dinner of BBQ spiced waffle fries with piri piri ranch, street corn dog (bacon wrapped all beef hotdog, charred corn relish, ancho mayo, and cotija), and churros.

House of Dosas ($20)

Here’s another stellar three-course meal for just $20. House of Dosas is offering your choice of appetizer (between its HOD Spicy Chicken, Fish Pakora, and Chicken 65), main (Butter Lamb Dosa, Chennai Street Style Chicken Biryani, and Malabar Fish Curry), and dessert (Rasmalai or Moong Dal Halwa).

Yuu Japanese Tapas ($20)

Known for its modern twist on Japanese favourites (think flying takoyaki ramen), Yuu Japanese Tapas has a super affordable Dine Out menu with three courses for just $20. On this menu, you’re offered a choice between Chashu Miso Carbonara (creamy miso-infused carbonara topped with tender chashu, bacon and a sprinkle of Parmesan), Ebi High Dive Don (crispy panko-breaded prawn cutlets simmered with onions and egg in a savory-sweet soy sauce, served over a bed of steamed rice), and its “Rice Meets Patty” (Japanese-style hambagu lounging on a fluffy bed of rice and served with your choice of ponzu or teriyaki sauce).
