Guy Fieri is coming to Calgary — where to see him, and how to eat like the famous chef

Brace yourselves, Calgary, as foodie royalty is heading to town next month.
Iconic American restaurateur and TV personality Guy Fieri is set to touch down in YYC to host the sixth annual Cowboys BBQ Cook-Off on Thursday, July 10, 2025.
The Mayor of Flavortown is back by popular demand, having first hosted the event back in 2019. As part of the legendary cook-off, BBQ grillmasters and pros will battle it out to impress Fieri with their best pork and beef rib recipes. They’ll also be judged on their unique flavours and team spirit.
Best of all, fans will be able to join in the fun, with the event kicking off at 2 p.m. Tickets start from $39.99 per person.
