Ghost kitchens have become more popular than ever, and there are a few we can’t wait to check out that are open now or opening soonĀ in Vancouver.

These ventures typically mean purveyors use a kitchen in a commissary or another restaurant to create a unique menu under a takeout/delivery-only brand.

Here are threeĀ new ghost kitchen concepts in Vancouver we can’t wait to try.

Super Baked Deep Dish

Vancouverā€™sĀ newest place for hearty ā€˜zaĀ officially launched last week:Ā Super Baked Deep Dish. The new concept is brought to us byĀ Erik Heck, co-owner of The Flying Pig Group of Restaurants.Ā Folks canĀ head to Super Deepā€™s website nowĀ and opt for a 14ā€³ signature creation, or they can build-their-own pie.
