Vancouver’s newest place for hearty ‘za is officially launching today: Super Baked Deep Dish. The new concept is brought to us by Erik Heck, co-owner of The Flying Pig Group of Restaurants.
The venture is operating as a ghost kitchen offering online ordering and delivery via Skip the Dishes and DoorDash, with direct website ordering and window pick-up coming soon.
Heck says that while he wouldn’t classify Super Baked’s pies as straight-up Chicago deep dish, he’s worked alongside Chef Brett Hoglan to perfect a “next-level” and “a little bit over the top” style he thinks Vancouver will love.

Folks can head to Super Deep’s website now and opt for a 14″ signature creation, or they can build-their-own pie too.
Additional grub like poutine, buffalo wings, and Caesar salad will be up for order as sides, alongside wine, beer, and other alcoholic beverages.
