The cast of the FX series Shogun was just seen dining together at the Vancouver restaurant Mnimes Restaurant & Bar by Chef Manos.

“Thank you for the wonderful evening. Everyone loved the food and hospitality,” reads the screenshot posted by the restaurant on its Instagram alongside a photo of the cast at the restaurant.

Located at 6459 Victoria Dr. (in the former space of Weirdo Cafe), the restaurant is known for its traditional Greek cuisine. Highlights from the menu include roasted lamb shoulder, mousaka, and pork brizolakia.

Mnimes is brought to us by Chef Manos Grammatikogiannis, who was formerly head chef at Nammos Estiatorio and Commercial Drive’s Loula’s Taverna. He was also executive sous chef at the now-closed Cioppino’s Mediterranean Grill.

As for Shogun, it started filming in January and wrapped filming earlier this month. The first season of the historical drama, based on a 1970s book, was filmed around Metro Vancouver and B.C., with Port Moody famously featured alongside a now-famous Japanese Pine tree.
