White Spot to close a Metro Vancouver location this month

White Spot is closing another location, this time at Surrey’s Central City.
While an announcement has yet to be made online, a member of staff at the store confirmed the news to Dished over the phone, adding that its final day would be July 12.
As for the reason for the closure, the member of staff said that it was ultimately decided by White Spot’s head office.
The B.C.-founded restaurant group has undergone some major changes over the last couple of years. First, at the end of 2023, we witnessed the closure of a White Spot location in Langley, on Fraser Highway, due to the construction of the new Surrey-Langley SkyTrain extension, with no plans for relocation.
