The 100-seat Gastown restaurant came to us from L’Abattoir Chefs Lee Cooper and Jack Chen. It offered patrons a bounty of fresh-caught seafood and shellfish in a swanky Situ-designed interior. Daily Hive reached out for a reason for the closure but did not hear back in time for publishing.

Memphis Blues told Daily Hive they plan to open the OG Memphis in a new location in the same area if they can find an affordable space, which has been a fruitless search thus far. We’ll keep you posted on an exact closing date. Until then, the whole Memphis team urges customers to come in and enjoy the space, the service, and the grub.
