Coquille Fine Seafood confirms it's closing at the end of December

Coquille Fine Seafood has confirmed to Daily Hive that it will be shuttering at the end of December,Ā but did not provide an exact closing date.
The 100-seat Gastown restaurant came to us fromĀ LāAbattoirĀ ChefsĀ Lee Cooper and Jack Chen. It offers patrons a bounty of fresh-caught seafood and shellfish in a swanky Situ-designed interior.

With brand identity and signage by Glasfurd & Walker, theĀ 181 Carrall Street eatery certainly looked the part and was a highly anticipated opening back in February 2018.
Daily Hive reached out for a reason for the closure but did not hear back in time for publishing.
