The new doughnut shop is located at 106 — 4841 Delta Street in Ladner Village. Boca offers customers handcrafted, small-batch doughnuts in varieties like Horchata, Vegan Chocolate Coconut, and Blueberry Basil to name a few. The new eatery will also offer Mexican takeout — yes you read the right — Mexican food and doughnuts in one place.

Expect the menu of ‘zas you know and love from Farina Main Street along with new additions such as the Ortolana, Bosciaola, and Prosciutto & Arugula varieties. As for beverages, expect local craft beer and prosecco on tap, an all-Italian wine list, and a curated list of house-made cocktails.

Planetary is small but has a sunny street-facing patio for those who want to stay awhile and chow down. The food can also be taken to-go no problem. They offer four burgers (as well as a Kids Style one) — one regular Spicy Cauliflower burger made with chickpea, cayenne, parsley, and nutritional yeast, and three mini versions of the remaining varieties, AKA a tasting flight.

Monga Fried Chicken has opened in the Aberdeen Square Food Court. The brand has outposts all over the world, including one in Toronto. Monga Richmond offers four varieties of the giant fried chicken fillets that are “as thick as a coin.” This offering is marinated with honey, dipped in batter, fried, and then topped with Monga’s signature toppings, like the Chee-Z variety.
