Vancouver’s newest place for hearty ‘za has officially launched: Super Baked Deep Dish. The new concept is brought to us by Erik Heck, co-owner of The Flying Pig Group of Restaurants. The venture is operating as a ghost kitchen offering online ordering and delivery via Skip the Dishes and DoorDash, with direct website ordering and window pick-up coming soon.

Merci Beaucoup Cafe

Merci Beaucoup Cafe is owned and operated by the former chef at the much-loved Au Petit Cafe, Linda, which closed its doors last year. Located at 1468 Commercial Drive, Merci Beaucoup serves up traditional Vietnamese dishes and coffee in a space that offers Parisian cafe vibes, according to the restaurant.
