As if the Lonsdale Quay Market and Food Hall could get any more exciting, Pasta La Mano is gearing up to open its first permanent location here.
“The cat’s out of the bag! We’re drawing nearer every day to opening our new location along the boardwalk at @lonsdalequay in North Vancouver. This will be the spot for you to pull up for lunch or dinner, take some fresh pasta to go or reserve a seat for a multi-course pasta tasting menu!” shared the pasta destination on its Instagram.

Founded in 2020 in Calgary, the team has steadily been building up to the opening of its first brick-and-mortar in Metro Vancouver, hosting pop-ups throughout the city.
The space is designed by Twobytwo Architecture Studio and will feature custom millwork by ANA Projects. Expect industrial textures, warm tones, and a modern Italian-inspired atmosphere.
Pasta La Mano also offers a pasta club, where it delivers a new pasta feature right to your door every month for you to cook at home. May’s features included an Italian Sausage and Blistered Tomato Creste di Gallo, and a Gochujang Gnocchi with Charred Cabbage.
