Metro Vancouver's new licensed food hall is opening at the Lonsdale Quay

Heads up, Metro Vancouver, More delicious eats are on the way for the Lonsdale Quay.
After exciting openings like Strathcona North, Fiorino, and King Taps, The Food Hall at Lonsdale Quay is preparing to open its doors soon, offering options from many local vendors under one roof. Plus, the space will be licensed, anchored by The Mainstay, a wine, beer, and cocktail bar.
The Food Hall concept is a fresh take on Lonsdale Quay’s food and beverage experience, giving guests an open space with plenty of seats (both indoors and outdoors), views of the waterfront, live entertainment, and more.
“The Quay has been an integral component of the North Shore experience since built in 1986. As the surrounding neighbourhood continues to evolve, we aim to offer a revitalized
version of what the community has always cherished about this waterfront destination. Our objective is to create an inclusive space to gather and savour local flavours through a diverse array of thoughtfully curated menus,” said Taylor Mathiesen, President of Quay North Urban Development (the parent company of Lonsdale Quay Market).
Among the different eateries already open at The Food Hall, you’ll find fan-favourite vendors like Heritage Asian Eatery, Le Coq Frit, Tokyo Waygu Works, Butter Lane Bake Shop, and Krave Kulture.
Additionally, more kitchens are expected to open in the space, including Brazil Gourmet, LaMano, Catcher in the Fry, Crave Cheesesteaks, and Disco Cheetah.
As previously mentioned, at the heart of The Food Hall is The Mainstay, offering a selection of alcoholic beverages, including 16 taps of select wines, brews, and ciders, all sourced locally in B.C.

Select vendors are currently open for dining at The Food Hall, with more to be added in the near future.
The Food Hall at the Lonsdale Quay officially opens on Jan. 24 and will operate Sunday to Thursday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Friday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
