After an 11-year run, Kosoo Cardero has closed its doors.

“Since opening our doors in 2015, we have had the privilege of serving our community, sharing countless meals, celebrations, and unforgettable memories with all of you. None of this would have been possible without your continued love and support,” wrote the restaurant on Instagram.

Kosoo is best known for its modern Korean offerings, including bibimbap, tteok-bokki, japchae, and more. The restaurant also operates a Korean BBQ-focused location in Coquitlam and another outpost in Robson, which the restaurant is encouraging folks to visit to enjoy their favourite dishes.

“We look forward to welcoming you there with the same quality, care, and hospitality you’ve always known,” added the restaurant.

Kosoo Cardero’s final day of operation was June 28.
