Vancouver's newest licensed patio launches today — complete with Aperol Spritz and charcuterie boards

Ciclo Espresso at The Post made waves in Vancouver when it opened its latest spot outside of Acquafarina, offering guests a slice of Europe with its baked goods, espresso, and signature Panino Porta. Now, the outdoor space will be transformed into an elevated European-style aperitivo destination in the afternoons.
Brought to us by the Per Se Hospitality Group (behind other concepts like Social Corner and Acquafarina), this concept first opened its doors back in May 2025 and introduced the city to the Panino Porta.

The handheld, which translates to “wallet sandwich” in English (a reference to how it’s folded), is made with a 72-hour fermented sourdough baked in-house at Acquafarina and stuffed with tasty imported ingredients. In addition to this popular sandwich, Ciclo is now launching a new cocktail and charcuterie menu.
“Europeans have long embraced the idea of lingering in the same spot throughout the day, espresso in the morning, a light lunch at noon, and a cocktail in the evening. Ciclo at The Post brings that rhythm of life to the heart of Vancouver,” said Fabrizio Foz, owner of Ciclo Espresso.
Expect authentic charcuterie and cheese boards, ideal for sharing, paired with an all-new curated cocktail menu which includes drinks like Aperol Spritz, classic Negronis, and Ciclo’s Signature Espresso Martini, in addition to select wines, Peroni, and non-alcoholic options.
But don’t worry, you’ll still be able to find the same in-house roasted espresso and Panino Porta’s here as well.

This isn’t the only exciting news from the Ciclo team. The cafe is gearing up to open a new location in Coal Harbour just steps away from the new Social Corner location, both of which are set to open on Sept. 3, 2025.
Ciclo Espresso at The Post’s new cocktail hour starts Aug. 11 and is available Monday to Friday until 7 p.m.
