Bike To Work Day
What: Bike to Work Day is celebrating its 13th year. There will be eight different bicycle pit stops along the route, where you can receive tune-ups, (for you and your bike) and free giveaways. Meet the Baby ‘Roos at Cobb’s Adventure Park 2019
What: Cobb’s Adventure Park in Calgary is giving visitors the chance to be the first to meet, pet, and hold their adorable brand new baby kangaroos and wallabies. The park offers a wide variety of rides, games, and activities for all ages with a kangaroo petting zoo, climbing wall, bouncy houses, pedal carts, tractor rides, giant slides, archery tag, and much more. You can even book a kangaroo visit for your birthday party, classroom, or office during their offseason. 91st Annual Slush Cup
What: Slush Cup is a tradition unique to Sunshine Village that goes back many years! Kananaskis Outfitters Stargazing Snowshoe tour
What: Taking groups of adventurers out into the cold via moonlight (and headlamps), the tour will show snowshoers a side of Kananaskis Country that they may have never seen before. Hiking through Kananaskis forest and under a star-filled sky, attendees will ultimately end up in an open meadow to enjoy the cosmos. Bringing a tripod and a camera is encouraged for anyone hoping to get that priceless photo, and anyone will be able to take a look through the supplied telescope to get a closer look at the twinkling lights.
