Parade of Lost Souls 2023: Everything! Everywhere! All At Parade!
What: A collaboration between the Dusty Flowerpot Cabaret and Britannia Community Centre, the Parade of Lost Souls is a thrilling performance, music, and art experience. And festivities are free to enjoy.
The paranormal processions will begin at 7:30 pm and 8:30 pm, with the route being revealed closer to the date. There is also a family-friendly Parade of Little Souls for children at 6:30 pm.

Secrets of The Haunted Bog at Guildford Town Centre
What: Guildford Town Centre invites guests to discover the Secrets of The Haunted Bog. Thrilling dangers, new scary creatures, and more lie in wait in this free walk-thru experience for all ages. You can also enter for the chance to win a $1,000 Guildford Town Centre gift card as you exit the family-friendly activity.
Plus bring a non-perishable food item to donate to the Surrey Food Bank and GTC will match the donation with $2 per item donated for a maximum cash donation of $5,000.

Spooktacular Newton
What: Spooktacular Newton has something for all ages to enjoy this Halloween season, including trick-or-treating, mini golf, kid fun zone, food trucks, a haunted train, and more. Guests will be treated to special dance performances by City Entertainment and can get a free pumpkin by donation to the Surrey Food Bank

Minoru Halloween Fireworks Festival
What: The City of Richmond’s Minoru Halloween Fireworks Festival returns to Minoru Park on the big night, and costumes are highly recommended.
The free event features family-friendly activities, live entertainment, and even trick-or-treating. And of course, there will be a big fireworks display to cap off the spooky evening.
When: October 31, 2023
Time: 6:30 to 8:45 pm, with fireworks beginning at 8:30 pm

Murder Mystery Mayhem at Vancouver Public Library
What: Vancouver Mysteries and the Vancouver Public Library have teamed up for a special Murder Mystery event. Teams of two to six detectives will explore Central Library and search for clues through the permanent art, architecture, and library collections. Get ready to unmask the villain and try to land the top score (and prizes).
Vancouver Mysteries also offers an outdoor murder mystery, a spy game, or a superhero adventure throughout the Halloween season.

Heritage Halloween
What: Coquitlam Heritage at Mackin House hosts a special spooky celebration. Explore the haunted train station, listen to the popular performing group the Carnival Band, make crafts, and get your face painted, then enjoy a juggling show and some treats at Heritage Halloween.

The Haunted Sea: Halloween at the Cannery
What: The Haunted Sea at the Gulf of Georgia Cannery invites visitors of all ages to meet eerie sea creatures and explore the discovery of colourful underwater decor created from upcycled materials. Guests can also learn more about Ocean Wise on October 14 and 15 and Ocean Legacy on October 21.

All Souls at Mountain View Cemetary
What: The 19th annual All Souls is a series of non-denominational sacred gatherings to help attendees show respect for those who have passed on.
Community members of all ages are invited to remember their ancestors and recently passed loved ones with message writing, candle lighting, and personal memorials on shrines. The thoughtful atmosphere will be enhanced with live music during the evenings as well as on weekend afternoons.

Central Spark in Burnaby
What: The City of Burnaby is hosting its new Central Spark this Halloween season, with fun events and activities in and around Central Park. Enjoy a spooky outdoor maze, roving entertainers and carnival games, food trucks, a photo booth, and more.
Costumes are highly encouraged, and don’t miss the fireworks finale in Central Park at 8:15 pm.
