Spice Republic: Surrey's new upscale Indian eatery

It’s only been a few months since My Shanti closed its doors, but a new Indian restaurant has taken its place.
Spice Republic opened its doors at the start of 2024 and is serving up elevated takes on Indian classics.

“Embark on a gastronomic journey at our restaurant, where the flavours of India come alive,” said the restaurant.

The new eatery has a sit-down area, a bar where you can enjoy the restaurant’s variety of cocktails, and a covered heated patio, meaning patio season can last year-round.
As for the menu, you can expect all your favourite Indian cuisines.
The new restaurant is now open seven days a week from 11 am to 11 pm.
