Beloved ramen restaurant continues takeover of Vancouver with two new locations
When thinking of ramen in Vancouver, one of the first recommendations for many is Ramen Danbo. The restaurant is considered the best in the city by many, and those folks will be happy to hear that the restaurant not only just opened a new location, but also has another location in the works.
First of all, Ramen Danbo is opening a new express concept on UBC campus at 5743 Dalhousie Rd. What makes this location special is that it features self-ordering kiosks for folks looking for a quick dine-in option, as well as takeout and delivery. Folks will be able to dine here when it soft opens on Sept. 23.
Then, the ramen restaurant also shared the news that it will be opening a location in Yaletown in the space that previously occupied Mapo Pancake House (1130 Mainland St., Vancouver).

Details on this new location are still under wraps, aside from an anticipated fall opening, but we expect to find the same Fukuoka-style Tonkatsu ramen the chain is renowned for.
Currently, Ramen Danbo operates five other locations in the province: one in Kitsilano at 1833 W. 4th Ave., another in Kerrisdale at 2277 W. 41st Ave., one in downtown Vancouver at 1333 Robson St., oneĀ in North Vancouver at 2277 W. 41st Ave., and its most recent location at 3982 Main St. in Vancouver, along with its outposts in Seattle and New York.
