Man spotted dancing on top of party bus in Richmond (VIDEO)

Footage of a man dancing on top of a party bus as it drives onto Highway 99 in Richmond was captured by a dashcam camera.

Instagram user pendu_jatt13 posted the video of the incident on Thursday.

The footage shows a man on top of the party bus roof. He appears to have a phone in his hand, filming himself. He then goes on to dance while the bus slowly proceeds to take the onramp from Steveston Highway onto Highway 99.

Richmond RCMP told Daily Hive it has no further information pertaining to the video.
