Colony Digital is a full-service creative digital agency that builds brands worth talking about. Colony is currently hiring for five full-time positions, including Creative Director, Sales Director, Social Media Project Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, and a UX/UI Designer, for their Vancouver team.

Creative Director, Social Media

Role: You are a leader in creativity and are skilled at coming up with innovative ideas and concepts that will allow us to meet our clients’ expectations and drive sustainable growth. You love collaborating with others and are ready to develop creative strategies that will bring the vision and goals of the client to life.

Requirements: We’re looking for someone who is an expert in this field and has 4-5 years of experience working in creative leadership or social media related work. You have a background in design, theory and creative execution and are capable of presenting strategies in a way that is understandable to the client.

Project Manager, Social Media

Role: You are an organized individual who has experience working in project management and are excited to come in to develop processes and optimize the workflow and performance of the social team. You know how to communicate with external and internal stakeholders and will ensure that all projects are delivered in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of the client.

Requirements: Five years of experience delivering digital projects and working in a digital agency. You know how to handle a high volume of projects at one time and can work under tight deadlines and high pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and mindset. You enjoy working with others and know how to motivate, challenge, and drive a team to create the best quality projects. PMP certification is an asset.

Sales Director

Role: You’re a self-driven sales individual who has experience working in an agency and is ready to come in to accelerate client acquisition through a consultative sales approach, where our solutions are proposed based on the needs of the client. This role will work with the Leadership team to develop a Sales plan that will consistently drive revenue and growth.

Requirements: As both a leader and a mentor, you know how to work with people from all different backgrounds and additionally, bring with you a wealth of knowledge of the Canadian digital agency landscape and market trends. You have a can-do attitude and have experience successfully and effectively managing the entire sales funnel. You not only meet but also exceed your goals.

Digital Marketing Strategist

Role: In this role, you’ll be working with all things digital marketing. In fact, you’re excited about that because you live and breathe digital marketing. You’ll develop and execute strategies including PPC, SEO, social media, website development, and more. You’ll oversee ad spending and budgets on Facebook, Google, and other platforms and will be responsible for analyzing data in order to provide recommendations to the client.

Requirements: You have previous experience working in a similar role at a digital agency. You have great analytical and problem-solving ideas and have knowledge working with the following or equivalent programs: Facebook Business Manager, Moz, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Shopify, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and more. You thrive in a fast-paced organization and know how to prioritize and manage tasks that will lead to the successful delivery of a project.

UX/UI Designer

Role: We’re looking for someone who is an outside-of-the-box thinker and is ready to explore divergent concepts to develop innovative brand experiences. You’ll be working with a team of designers and developers on a variety of projects and will work together to go above and beyond to create a high-quality digital user experience. You’ll be responsible for generating comprehensive UX wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for iOS, Android, and web.

Requirements: You have 3+ years of applied UI design experience (required). You know how to design for mobile (native apps and mobile web), web, and desktop. You carry the skills to recognize and understand business pain points, needs, and requirements and generate UX and design-driven solutions. You’re not afraid to speak your mind, push the limits of design, and find solutions that will surpass the expectations of the client. You have a mastery of design and prototyping tools, including Sketch, Illustrator, Photos, op, Invision Studio, Craft, and Adobe XD. You’re a highly collaborative, ego-free individual who is excited to work alongside other creative types.
