We first told you about Coho Collective’s plans to open a new 10,000-sq-ft commissary kitchen and coffee shop in Strathcona back in the fall, and now, it’s time for it to officially open today.

Located at 1370 East Georgia Street, just off McLean Drive, the new state-of-the-art hub serves as a prep/production space for more than 50 makers, and the cafe offers up carefully crafted beverages and treats to patrons.

Coho currently operates two other commissary locations on Powell and in North Vancouver’s Creekside, but the new flagship space is home to the brand’s first in-house cafe concept, Coho Coffee.

The 16-seat cafe offers Elysian Coffee, pastries, and eventually grab-and-go lunch options and retail products made by Coho members.

Read more about what the cafe has to offer, and then be sure to stop and check it out for yourself now that it’s open.
