New spot Edge Kitchen opens in Vancouver's East Village

East Village just got a new addition to its food and beverage scene — The Edge Kitchen.

The fresh restaurant-style cafe is now open Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 3 pm, and it’s from the folks behind Edge Catering, an award-winning catering service.

Located at 1927 E Hastings Street, folks can head here and enjoy coffee, salad, sandwiches, and more.
