Bonjour Vietnam Bistro is opening soon on Fraser Street

A new “secret garden” Vietnamese restaurant is opening in Vancouver soon.

It’s called Bonjour Vietnam Bistro, and it’s located at 3944 Fraser Street (the former location of Royal Fortune Restaurant).

While the restaurant has not revealed its opening date just yet, it has released its menus.

Patrons at this spot can expect two menus, and one is entirely vegetarian.

Fresh salad rolls, crispy spring rolls, skewers and salads, noodle bowls, vermicelli bowls — you name it, Bonjour has it.

There’s also a variety of wrap and roll platters, rice and BBQ dishes, and wok-fried creations.

Once open, Bonjour will be open Monday to Wednesday from 11 am to 10 pm, Thursday to Saturday from 11 am to midnight, and Sunday from 11 am to 10 pm.
