Located at 1716 Kingsway, Shiok has a goal of transplanting “a little bit of Singapore into Vancouver.” The small but mighty looking menu features snacks like crispy deep fried prawn-spiced chicken wings, beef or chicken skewers served in peanut sauce, and nonya spiced pickles to name a few.

Blossom Dim Sum & Grill

Colony – Granville Street

Blueprint opened a 15,000-sq-ft Colony Entertainment District on Granville Strip this month. The entertainment, lifestyle, and events management company based out of BC will be transformed the former location of Caprice Nightclub into the largest Colony location to date.
