Cosw has been established as a cookie shop delivering cookies Canada-wide. It just opened its first location in Edmonton. We’d recommend supporting this home bakery turned cookie storefront.

Cheese Louise is the newest addition to Station Park, which previously housed EPIC Market, amongst other vendors. This sandwich shop operates a to-go window, serving grilled cheese with customizable toppings as well as the classic pairing for this particular sandwich: tomato soup.

King of Tarts opened up in the old Sugared and Spiced location on Whyte Avenue. These plant-based pastries are available Thursday through Monday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Heavenly Desserts

Heavenly Desserts started in 2008 in the U.K. but has since expanded to over 50 locations internationally. This restaurant serves up desserts as well as brunch, with items like waffles, milk cakes, crepes, and even cookie dough making an appearance.

Its Edmonton location opened Jan. 18, making a big splash in Edmonton’s dessert scene.

Station Park Food Hall

Opening in the spring of this year, residents of Edmonton can expect a shared food-hall experience focusing on local brands and chefs in Station Park. This will be the city’s new way to support local, with the spot putting an emphasis on community.

Paradiso Tropical

While Paradiso Tropical, Edmonton’s local Latin food market, has locations in the north and south, this new location is to be a much bigger space. This new concept will feature an even larger kitchen as well as more room in total.

The location is yet to be teased, with the owners cheekily keeping it a secret in Instagram comment sections.

This handcrafted Korean fried chicken spot is making its way to Edmonton for the very first time. On its website, it says opening February 2026, so we can expect this opening very, very soon.
