Beloved Calgary bakery to open new location with a coffee shop this week

An exciting new addition is joining Calgary’s thriving coffee scene this week, and it’s being brought to life by an iconic YYC brand.
Earlier this summer, Crave Cupcakes announced it would be closing its long-standing Kensington location after 20 years. However, the news was made sweeter when the company announced that it would be relocating to Hillhurst.
The new location is now set to open on Aug. 27, and to celebrate the grand opening, the first 50 customers will receive a free mini cupcake.

The new Hillhurst location features two connected spaces: the Crave Cupcakes store and CeCe’s Coffee, Crave’s coffee shop concept.
While Calgarians will be able to pick up freshly baked cookies, cupcakes, and more from the new Crave store, CeCe’s will offer Monogram Coffee, a selection of teas, and a light cafĂ© menu for those looking to take a seat and relax.
The Calgary spot is Crave’s second CeCe’s Coffee location, with the first opening to much fanfare in Kelowna earlier this year.
