Zenoti has opened a new office in Vancouver, adding to the city’s growing reputation as a global tech hub for research and development.

The Washington State-based company is known for its cloud-based platform for spas, salons, and med-spas, providing all-in-one software to manage every aspect of this segment of the beauty service industry, including online bookings, employee and inventory management, and marketing.

This platform helps streamline systems and reduce costs for businesses, while improving customer retention and spending.

The new office in Vancouver will be a product and development innovation centre, adding to the company’s recently opened engineering hub in Hyderabad, India. The Vancouver office will focus on creating new technological innovations for the platform, house a new team that caters to the growing Canadian customer base, and help open new markets for the company.

“Expansion in U.S and Canada are significant global milestones for our rapidly growing company,” said Sudheer Koneru, CEO of Zenoti, in a statement.

“This expansion will provide greater career and mobility opportunities to our existing teams, and enable us to recruit new talent to build and strengthen our customer relationships and provide world-class support across the globe.”

Zenoti also recently expanded its Bellevue headquarters, with its team size doubling over the last six months. Additional growth is planned for 2020.

Other company offices are located in Manchester, Brisbane, Dubai, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, and Manila.
