These additions will bring YVR’s craft beer scene to a new level. Local brews will be served alongside “mountain cuisine” and classic brewpub fare.

Some other notable concepts heading into the airport include Heritage Asian Eatery, Left Coast Café & Bar, and BUILT Custom Burgers, Coastal Coffee, Subway, and Japadog.

American casual burger bar Wahlburgers will also be going in at US departures.

A new local marketplace concept is coming to YVR too. Pacific Farms Market is brought to us by Tastes on the Fly, a San Francisco-based boutique airport restaurant operator.

Pacific Farms will operate in both the Domestic and International Terminals.

In the International Terminal, travellers can expect five made-to-order food stations, 49th Parallel coffee, Purebread Bakery goods, a breakfast bar in the morning, a sushi and poke station, Live Fire Pizza, and a juice bar with freshly squeezed juices and smoothies.

The International Terminal market will also boast a full-service seafood-inspired restaurant and bar.

This is exciting stuff as several eateries are first-time concepts to YVR, and some are opening as soon as Summer 2019.

These 30 new businesses will add to YVR’s existing portfolio of 170 restaurants, services, and shops.
