First came AnnaLena, then came Their There, and now the duo has revealed plans for a third concept, Hundy.

Hundy will operate in the same building as Their There in Kitsilano at 2042 West 4th Avenue, and will only open after the beloved cafe and coffee spot closes for the day. The new joint will be a “thoughtful, minimalist approach to burgers and fries.”

Patrons can expect burgers made with a Two Rivers beef blend (brisket and shoulder) on a signature bun and special house sauce as the foundation of the menu here. Double cooked fries and a craft beer list will also be up for order.
The new counter service spot is aiming to open near Christmas, after which it will operate from 5 pm till late on Thursdays, Friday, and Saturdays.
“Vancouver needs a new hang out with burgers as the main event. We want an updated burger concept that starts here at home with potential grow outwards,” says Chef Michael Robbins.
We can’t wait to try this spot ourselves once it opens, stay tuned for an exact opening date.
