Carnaval del Sol
What: Carnaval del Sol 2025 is Vancouver’s biggest celebration of Latin American culture, music, dance, and food.
Enjoy over 280 live performances, authentic Latin cuisine from more than 15 countries, and interactive experiences across 10 themed plazas from July 11 to 13. New this year is a thrilling street soccer mini tournament inspired by Latin American street culture.
Embrace the passion and celebrate together in a family-friendly, outdoor festival atmosphere this summer.

Fridays on Front
What: Fridays on Front, the popular free block party series, is firing back up starting on Friday, July 11, on Front Street Mews in Downtown New West.
One of the region’s best street parties, Fridays on Front highlights artisan vendors, musical performances, and, of course, a lot of great food. And it’s a quick walk from both the New Westminster and Columbia Skytrain Stations.

Tour De Concord Vancouver – Free Family Bike Festival

Tour de Concord
What: Concord Pacific’s Free Family Bike Festival and Tour de Concord Cycling Race return on Sunday, July 13. The event will feature thrilling races, children’s activities, food trucks, a beer garden, and more.
Attendees of the expanded Free Family Bike Festival can check out bike vendors and displays, enjoy free popcorn for kids, visit the beer garden for adults, and bring their own ride in for complimentary bike safety checks and tune-ups.
The festival also features enhanced safety, live showcases by Zero Gravity Trials, a family kids zone, food trucks, live music and DJ, and over $10,000 in draw prizes.

Summer in The Courtyard at Willowbrook
What: Willowbrook Shopping Centre’s Summer in The Courtyard offers free weekly events in its outdoor courtyard until August.
Enjoy Monday Fundays with bubbles, games, and activities, outdoor yoga sessions on Wednesdays led by Evolution Studios, and family-friendly movie nights every Friday. It’s a great way to spend time outdoors, connect with the community, and enjoy summer fun close to home.

VCBW Craft Music and Wing Festival

Vancouver Craft Beer Week
What: This year’s event will feature over 150 beers to try, delicious food vendors and the new Wingfest, a new natural wine garden, a full cider row, and zero-proof offerings for those looking to enjoy delicious, non-alcoholic options.
Your ears are also in for a treat as the concert lineup for VCBW 2025 features indie rockers Harbour, Oliver Hazard, and The Moss, promising sun-drenched and feel-good festival vibes.

What: Fairmont Waterfront’s ARC Restaurant and HYPE Chocolate are teaming up for an Artisanal Ice Cream Pop-Up, right next to ARC Patio in downtown Vancouver.
Ice cream fans can discover distinctive flavours like Lemon, Wildflower Honey & Thyme sorbet, a Salted Chocolate ice cream, and a Vanilla Bean & Brown Butter Croissant flavour that is crowned with edible gold.

Kitsilano Showboat

Bard on the Beach

Fish & Sips at the Vancouver Aquarium
