Several more schools within the Vancouver Coastal Health have reported coronavirus exposure.

The health authority added several schools to its list of public exposures Friday, including institutions in Vancouver, Richmond, and the Sea to Sky corridor.

Xpey’ Elementary in Vancouver had someone infected with coronavirus on the premises on September 10, 14, 15 and 21.

Caulfied Elementary in West Vancouver reported potential coronavirus exposures on September 16, 17, 18, 21, and 23

L’École des Navigateurs in Richmond also had potential coronavirus exposure on September 14.

Mamquam Elementary in Squamish also posted potential coronavirus exposure risk on September  11, 16, 17 and 18.

Vancouver Coastal Health contact tracers actively work to notify people who were close contacts of the identified coronavirus cases. The health authority says those who were not contacted directly can continue attending school as normal.

Some Metro Vancouver schools such as Laura Secord Elementary and West Vancouver Secondary don’t appear on VCH’s exposure list even though the school districts have confirmed someone in the school communities tested positive.
