Inside the highly-anticipated Tsujiri Japanese matcha cafe (PHOTOS)

Opening day for iconic Japanese matcha brand Tsujiri finally came, and Daily Hive showed up early to the new Metro Vancouver cafe to try all the most buzzed-about offerings.
Known for using green tea leaves from Uji in Kyoto in all its signature treats, the new Richmond spot offerings a menu packed of food and drink made with the green stuff.

Around the corner from the counter and cake display case, Tsujiri boasts four round tables perfect for sharing treats like the signature Matcha Parfait and the O-Matcha Float.

Matcha-lovers will now find this spot open Tuesday to Thursday from 2 to 10 pm, Friday from 2 to 10:30 pm, Saturday from noon to 10:30 pm, and Sunday from noon to 10 pm.
