Time Out Market Vancouver just revealed its final list of restaurants

In case you missed the news, Oakridge Park will be opening its doors starting May 28, in addition to the launch of one of the hottest restaurant hubs in the city: Time Out Market Vancouver.
The market announced back in 2022 that it would finally be making its debut in Vancouver. Here you’ll find 20 kitchens, one dessert, and one coffee counter, alongside multiple event spaces and a large outdoor terrace facing onto a public park.
There will also be three bars on site, offering a curated program highlighting Vancouver’s vast local microbrewery scene alongside Okanagan wines and custom cocktails (including some zero-proof options).
Additionally, the market shared that it will offer vibrant, year-round cultural programs alongside its curated food and drink offerings like live music, wine tastings, book signings, cooking demonstrations, watch parties, DJ sets, and family-friendly activities.
“We’re thrilled to unveil our final vendors, completing a lineup that showcases the very best of Vancouver under one roof ā from standout culinary creations to live music, curated events, and cultural experiences. We can’t wait to welcome both locals and visitors to experience it all,” said Julien Lavoie, general manager of Time Out Vancouver.
Previous vendor announcements saw major chefs like Chanthy Yen and Vikram Vij announce new concepts, alongside new locations from much-loved brands like DL Chicken, Via Tevere, Santo Taco, and more.
“Time Out Market is all about bringing the best of the city under one roof. The team has curated an incredible mix of the city’s top culinary and cultural experiences- from award-winning chefs to rising talents. I’m especially excited to taste the next generation of flavours at the new Time Out Market Vancouver. It’s going to be great to share this experience with all market chefs, especially longtime friends like Rob Feenie and Chanthy Yen at Mee Bar,” said Vij.
Now, the market has released the final list of vendors, and there are plenty of exciting spots to check out. Keep on reading to see all the recently announced eateries you’ll be able to check out starting May 28.
