South Korean coffee chain to open its first Vancouver location soon

Big news, coffee lovers: a popular South Korean coffee chain is gearing up to open its first-ever location in downtown Vancouver.
TheVenti confirmed to Dished that a new Vancouver location will open its doors soon at 509 Dunsmuir St., the previous location of Hey I am Yogost.
The chain first launched in Busan in 2014 and has since expanded to have nearly 1500 locations across South Korea. This location will be the chain’s third in Metro Vancouver, with its other locations found in Richmond and Coquitlam.

On its website, theVenti wrote that it aims “to provide customers with good coffee at a reasonable price.”
The coffee chain offers multiple different roasts and uses a technique called water quenching on its beans, which sprays water during the cooling process after the beans have been roasted to protect the flavour.
Expect to find your typical café items, such as Americanos, lattes, and cold brew. However, it also offers more unique drinks, such as its Misuguru Latte (where nutty misugaru meets creamy milk) and Vanilla Deep Latte.
TheVenti Vancouver will officially open on Friday, Sept. 5.
