There’s a new all-vegan food and beverage event coming to Vancouver and it’s called The Main Affair.
A one-night-only food fest and dinner hybrid, this shindig will feature vegan food and beverage entrepreneurs, along with local plant-based Chef Karen McAthy, who will be creating some delectable vegan tapas.

Attendees can indulge in an assortment of canapés, vegan cheese, and desserts. And the best part? Open bar.
Yes, ‘unlimited cocktails’ are totally a thing at The Main Affair.
And it’s not just free-flowing holistic cocktails that they offer, they’ve also got craft beer, wine, kombucha, and other non-alcoholic beverages that you can get into.
There will be two seatings available for this evening, one from 6 to 8 pm and the other from 9 to 11 pm.
Vendors like Blue Heron Creamery, Amai Vegan Treats, GLOW Chocolate, Say Hello Sweets and Living Lotus will be featured throughout the night.
Live entertainment from local bands, a product marketplace, and door prizes can also be expected.
The goal of this event is to introduce healthier, more ethical and more conscious food for people. The Main Affair is brought to you by the same folks who run a Brunch Affair, so we expect this will be a good one.
Proceeds from this event will go to the Society for Advancement of Musicians.
