The Fairmont Hotel Vancouver has made a habit of dishing up drool-worthy themed high teas.

The afternoon tea service, which takes place in the Private Dining Room of Notch8 Restaurant & Bar, has previously delighted Vancouverites with Brothers Grimm, Canada 150, and Game On! themed teas in 2017, but this year they’ve gone glam.

For savoury bites you’ll see a Steak ‘Oscar’ Truffle Sandwich made with tenderloin, Dungeness crab, and bĂ©arnaise aioli, a Caviar and Smoked Salmon Deviled Egg with mascarpone, chives, and dill, and a Green Goddess Salad with lobster, ruby red grapefruit, butter lettuce, heart of palm, and brioche.

All of these offerings are presented on hotel’s original stamped silver, and can be combined with your choice of Fairmont’s Lot 35 Tea to sip on.
