Whether it’s catching up with pals or recovering from a boozy night out, brunch is a fan-favourite in Vancouver. So, when a new restaurant opens advertising all-day brunch, we tend to pay attention.
The Green is a new, all-day brunch restaurant that opened in Vancouver with a focus on what it calls well-being foods.
It’s owned by best friends Daniel Cha ā known for his work in various kitchens around the Lower Mainland, including Fairmont Pacific Rim ā and Rudy Jo, who has owned multiple restaurants in Coquitlam and North Vancouver.
On the menu, you can find a variety of classic brunch options ranging from its beef bulgogi breakfast sandwich to truffled veg eggs benedict.
Brunch is available all day, but starting at 11 a.m., the restaurant also offers lunch and dinner items like risotto and pasta.
Additionally, the restaurant offers prepared soup to take home and shared that it will be offering other take-home meal kits in the future.
