Vancouver cafe to open with menu designed for 'coffee lovers with standards'

As if you needed any more reasons to head over to Oakridge Park (we’re counting down the days until Time Out Market Vancouver opens its doors), a new coffee shop will be opening just across from the mall.
Called Sphere Coffee Bar, the new shop shared that it will be serving “locally roasted, responsibly sourced coffee with bold flavours for coffee lovers with standards.”
“From your morning coffee run to your afternoon reset — Sphere is about to become part of the routine,” wrote the cafe on Instagram.

Sphere also shared that it’s working with local roasting partner Sasa Stojanovic from Nika Coffee (a family-run specialty coffee roaster based in Mission City) to roast each batch with “care and precision.”
Once open, expect a menu with lattes, iced coffees, flat whites, and more. And yes, the cafe has confirmed that matcha will also be available to order.
In addition to beverages, you’ll find a selection of baked goods, including muffins, croissants, loaves, and more.
