The Vancouver weather forecast for the last week of June is starting off turbulent, and you may need to bring an umbrella if you were hoping to see some fireworks on Canada Day.
Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) is calling for daytime highs of 20°C on Monday, June 29 and Tuesday, June 30.
However, temperatures will drop on Wednesday for the stat holiday, and dip even lower on Thursday to 17°C for the start of the new month.

“We’re in an unsettled pattern,” ECCC meteorologist Brian Proctor explained to Daily Hive. “The current ridge isn’t strong, so we’re seeing some impulses drift in from off the Pacific.
“It will be a mainly cloudy week, though [we] may see some sun break through in the afternoons. However, temperatures will be just below seasonal for the last week of June.”
Proctor also warned that there may be some showers on Wednesday evening and into Thursday morning. So make sure to check the Vancouver weather forecast in case you need something waterproof while making plans for Canada Day events around the region.

Daytime highs are forecast to start creeping back up from Friday to Sunday, with the first weekend of July reaching up to 24°C.
Overnight lows will reach just 11°C on several days as well.
