Canada's largest Korean food and kimchi festival is coming to Metro Vancouver

Whether it’s a celebration of everything pickles to an all-you-can-eat meat and beer fest, Vancouver sure does love its food festivals. Now we have another one to put on your radar, and it’s the largest of its kind in Canada.
The Kimchi and K-Food Festival is coming to Metro Vancouver, and it’s calling itself the biggest kimchi celebration in Canada. Plus, admission is free.
Taking place from Sept. 5 to 6, the festival will feature plenty of different regional varieties of the spicy dish, like gat kimchi and bossam kimchi, in addition to other Korean street food favourites like tteokbokki and hotteok. You’ll even be able to make your own kimchi and attend the kimchi-making workshop.
