Kaneko Hannosuke is officially opening on Robson Street January 23

The first Canadian location of Kaneko Hannosuke is officially opening its doors today in Vancouver.

The famous Japanese tendon tempura chain will be celebrating its grand opening at 1725 Robson Street at 11:30 am.

Known for its top-notch freshly-fried Tempura Donburi, aka tendon tempuras, Kaneko Hannosuke currently has locations around Japan and in the US in California and New Jersey.

Kaneko draws big, long lines overseas, so we’ll be expecting no less during its opening time here in Vancouver.

Find this new spot open starting Thursday, January 23. It’s operating hours with be Monday to Sunday from 11:30 am to 3:30 pm and 4:30 to 9:30 pm.

This is just one of many exciting new purveyors coming to Robson Street, including the first Canadian location of legendary French bakery PAUL and Japan’s Insta-famous pancake chain, Gram Cafe.
