Vancouver's Italian Day on the Drive reveals 110+ participating food and drink vendors | Daily Hive

One of the most epic days in the Vancouver food scene is coming up quick, and Dished has all the info on all the delicious bites you can expect this year.

As you may have already heard, Italian Day on the Drive is returning for its fifteenth anniversary on June 8. This year’s theme is Mille Baci, meaning “a thousand kisses.”

“Mille Baci is our love letter to the community,” said Italian Day Festival Society Executive Director, Brunella Gaudio. “This event embraces a joy for life and connection, much like our Italian culture — and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back.”

The event will take over 14 blocks of Commercial Drive in the heart of Vancouver’s Little Italy and will invite guests to indulge in authentic Italian and world cuisine from Drive merchants and guest vendors.

Additionally, the event will feature multiple beverage gardens offering full-pour Italian wines, beer, and craft cocktails, alongside an authentic Italian table featuring traditional bites and curated wine pairings, and Italian tapas and craft cocktails.

In addition to the food, the event will feature live entertainment, fashion runways, street performers, artisan markets, and other family-friendly activities throughout the day.
