New all-you-can-eat hot pot and grill restaurant opens in Vancouver

Hot pot has been all the rage in Vancouver; just look at how quickly Big Way Hot Pot has expanded. Now, a new restaurant offering a similar all-you-can-eat model has opened in the city, and it’s also offering all-you-can-eat grilled meats.
Called Hot Spot Buffet, the restaurant offers the all-too-familiar all-you-can-eat hot pot model, where you fill your own bowl with whatever ingredients you want. However, it differs from other all-you-can-eat hot pot restaurants in that you pay one flat fee per bowl instead of paying per the weight of each bowl.
It also offers a selection of meats and seafood you can grill at your table, also available for a flat fee.
“Welcome to Hot Spot Buffet, your ultimate destination for an all-you-can-eat Grill and hot pot experience! Our buffet offers an extensive variety of fresh ingredients and delicious options at affordable prices. Choose from a wide selection of meats, seafood, vegetables, and more to grill or enjoy in your personal hot pot,” said the restaurant.
Also available are an assortment of hot dishes, cold appetizers, dim sum, and desserts.
