Holiday Bakeshop is a Canadian baking competition hosted by Lauren Ash, who is best known for her roles in NBC’s Superstore and ABC’s Not Dead Yet.

The show pits eight bakers against each other in a series of high-stakes holiday challenges. These bakers will aim to impress the judges, be crowned the Season 2 champion, and take home a $25,000 prize.

Pacle is no stranger to cooking competitions, as she has also appeared in Season 14 of Food Network’s Halloween Wars. Folks wanting to sample some of her baked goods can try them at Selene Aegean Bistro.

Other Canadian chefs on the show include José Castillo from Victoria, B.C.; Diana Grocott from Owen Sound, Ont.; and Francena Jagroop and Jess Lee, both from Toronto, Ont.

As for other local cooks you can catch on TV, three Vancouver locals are currently competing on MasterChef Canada.

You’ll be able to catch Pacle on Holiday Bakeshop when it premieres on Sunday, Nov. 1.
