Cookies By George opens downtown Vancouver pop-up
By George, they’ve gone and done it! For the month of December, Cookies By George has opened a pop-up in Vancouver to satisfy all of your cookie needs.
Located inside The Post, the pop-up opened on December 3 at 10 am and will operate for the entire month of December. It’s just steps away from the current Lee’s Donuts and Oakberrry stalls.

According to its website, Cookies By George started its cookie journey in 1983 right here in Vancouver. It currently operates 12 locations across Canada, with a majority in Edmonton. It also operates one other Vancouver location at 1055 West Georgia Street.
It offers a variety of tasty cookies, such as Shortbread Chocolate Chunk with Pecans, Macadamia Nut Chocolate Chunk, George’s Peanut Butter, and Reverse Almond Chocolate Chunk, just to name a few.
“From the beginning, we committed ourselves to quality, using only the finest ingredients despite the costs,” said the shop.
